Description
High-torque harmonic reducers of the LHSG series, designed to offer greater load capacity and rigidity within a compact structure. The reduced size does not compromise low backlash and high precision, even under dynamic conditions. They are ideal for applications requiring smooth transmission, reliability, and superior torque density, such as articulated robotics, medical systems, and high-performance machinery. Two mechanical input configurations are available:
Type I – Standard type
The motor shaft is connected directly to the wave generator through a rigid coupling. Suitable for compact installations, it features a standard flange structure. Power transmission occurs directly without special joints.
Type II – Cross slipper type coupling
This configuration uses a double-slipper coupling to connect the motor shaft with the wave generator. It is useful to compensate for small axial or radial misalignments between the motor and the reducer.
