Description
LCSG high-torque harmonic reducers, designed with a compact flange structure. They offer high precision, low backlash, long service life, and an optimized torque-to-size ratio. Ideal for applications requiring high rigidity, reliability, and repeatability, such as robotics, automation, and machine tools. Several mechanical input configurations are available:
Type I – Standard type
The motor shaft is directly connected inside the wave generator through a rigid coupling. Suitable for compact installations, it features a standard flange structure. Power transmission occurs directly without the use of additional couplings.
Type II – Cross slipper type coupling
This configuration uses a sliding coupling to connect the motor shaft with the wave generator. It is particularly useful for compensating small axial or radial misalignments between the motor and the reducer.
