LEADSHINE - EL7

The ELM2 series from Leadshine includes permanent magnet synchronous servomotors designed for applications that demand high torque density, precision, and stability. With power ratings from 750 W up to 7.5 kW and frame sizes ranging from 80 mm to 180 mm, ELM2 motors deliver continuous torque up to 48 Nm and peak torque up to 119 Nm. They feature 23-bit multi-turn optical absolute encoders, are available with IP65/IP67 protection, and can be equipped with an integrated brake. Their compact design and high efficiency, combined with low noise and reduced current consumption, make them ideal for robotics, machine tools, packaging systems, and precision automation. The EL7 servo drives are next-generation digital EtherCAT drives optimized for precise position, speed, and torque control. Covering power levels up to 7.5 kW and operating on 400 V AC, they offer a response frequency of 3.2 kHz and a communication cycle time as low as 125 μs, ensuring maximum responsiveness and multi-axis synchronization. Integrated functions include Safe Torque Off (STO) SIL3, Zero Tracking Control for dynamic position error compensation, and a simplified auto-tuning procedure. Together, the ELM2 and EL7 create a reliable, high-performance servo platform easily configurable via EtherCAT, designed to provide an optimal balance of performance, energy efficiency, and ease of use—suitable for both compact systems and medium-power machinery.
